• Get the Best Views from Casino Beach
  While there are a variety of vantage points where you can see the show around Pensacola, Casino Beach is the show center for the Pensacola Beach Air Show. This means that the biggest, most daring maneuvers will be performed over this location, and it also means that Casino Beach is where you'll get the best view of the show. Arrive early to secure a parking spot at the Casino Beach parking lot, or park at a nearby lot where you can take the island trolley to the show. Whether you're driving or taking the trolley, event organizers recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and secure the best views.

• Start Your Week Early with Practice Performances
  Can't wait for the official Pensacola Beach Air Show on Saturday, July 12? You'll have a variety of opportunities to see practice performances before the big show. The first is Breakfast with the Blues, which takes place on Wednesday morning around 7:30 a.m. and features the Blue Angels arriving to mark the show coordinates. On Thursday at 2 p.m., the Blue Angels will be holding a full practice show over Pensacola Beach, perfect for getting a preview of the main event.

• See the Full Dress Rehearsal on Friday
  While Thursday features the Blue Angels practicing, Friday offers a preview of the entire show. This is when the various civilian acts will participate in the dress rehearsal, which begins around noon. The Blue Angels will then take to the skies for their final practice session before the show, again arriving at around 2 p.m. Just as with the main show, the best views for all practice performances can be found on Casino Beach. Note that the civilian acts are accomplished performers in their own right, and have plenty of gravity-defying stunts to showcase during the show. It's well worth arriving at noon to see them perform, before the Blue Angels take center stage later in the afternoon.

• Attend the Official Pensacola Beach Air Show on Saturday
  If you attended the dress rehearsal on Friday, then you'll know what to expect from the main performance on Saturday, which follows the same schedule. The exciting civilian acts will begin performing around noon, followed by the Blue Angels at 2 p.m. Since there's typically more traffic on the day of the main event, you'll want to arrive earlier than on the other days, especially if you're hoping to park nearby. If you park at a more distant lot, keep an eye out for the SRIA's free open-air trolleys, which will be offering extended service on the day of the Pensacola Beach Air Show.
